Georgia Parent Survey

Parents Please Complete the Georgia Parent Survey

This survey provides information to the Department of Education concerning our school climate.

The 2016-2017 Georgia Parent Survey will only be administered electronically.

It will remain open through March 3rd

Parents can complete the survey using their personal computer, smartphone or ipads. For parents that don't have access to the Internet, please contact Mrs. Clark for a time and a place to be able to take the survey. It should take only 5 - 10 minutes to complete it. Survey responses are anonymous and will be submitted directly to the Georgia Department of Education for analysis. The link to the Georgia Parent Survey is posted below.  After you click on the link, a drop-down menu will appear and parents can use the drop-down menu to select their school district and their school(s). Thank you!

Partners in Education Program is a collective effort of the Milledgeville-Baldwin County Chamber of Commerce and our local schools that matches businesses and organizations with schools to provide extra funding, unique services and volunteer support. The vision behind the Partners in Education Program is to enrich the learning experience of Baldwin’s children so that all develop a strong academic foundation, skills and core values that will benefit them in their community life and in a career.

Connecting the academic and business communities within the county allows us to provide students with even more opportunities for success.  Schools must prepare today’s students for their entry into a diverse, competitive work force.  When businesses take part in the education of these young people, they help strengthen the work force of the future. The Partners In Education program is vital in helping the community and the school system work and grow together.

Partnering is as easy as ABC:

  1. The partnership needs to provide a benefit to the school and be mutually beneficial to the business through cause-related marketing, not advertising.

  2. We define a partnership as at least three activities throughout the school year, which we feel is the minimum for a partner relationship.

  3. The partnership activities must fulfill a need of a school, as determined by the principal and the school’s Partners In Education Coordinator.

If you are interested in becoming a Partner In Education, please contact our Partners in Education Advocate Bridget Ivey at bridget.ivey@baldwin.k12.ga.us or 478-457-3344.
